My name is Taylor Topley, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Calgary, AB.
I graduated from Mount Royal University with a 2200hr diploma in Massage Therapy in 2022. Following graduation, I worked alongside other healthcare practitioners in a chiropractic clinic for 2 years. Since then, I opened up my own Massage Practice in NW Calgary - Revive and Alive Massage Therapy! I have a passion for learning about the human body, prioritizing self care, and helping people move and feel better!
In addition to therapeutic massage, I am certified in myofascial cupping, IASTM, and will soon be certified in Lower Body, RAPID NFR (neurofascial reset).
Empowering my clients to maintain their health outside of our sessions is important to me. I am able to offer personalized guidance on stretching, strengthening, and hydrotherapy techniques if needed.
